Refunds and Return Policy
ROOTS STUDIO REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
If your product(s) arrive(s) damaged, broken, or defective, we will replace it/them for you free of charge. In the case of damaged original artwork, we will process a full refund for you. Please notify us of any damage or defects within 14 days of your package delivery date by emailing a picture and summary of the damage or defects to email@example.com. If an original is damaged, we will pay for return shipping. Please note that due to the circumstances under which our artists create and store their artwork, some originals may include natural wear and tear. We do carefully inspect each original piece of art before agreeing to offer it for sale.
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return it/them for store credit. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your package delivery date to begin the return process.
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
