Where is my order?

Orders begin fulfillment within 2-3 days of the order being placed. For our limited edition prints and originals shipping can take 3 weeks to reach your address. We currently do not ship outside of the US, but we are working hard on it so if you are abroad, sign up for our newsletter and stay tuned!


How do the artists get paid?

How are prints made?

Our prints are printed on Hahnemühle 100% Cotton Rag paper - one of the most popular papers in the FIne Art industry. We print with archival grade inks on professional class printers.


How large will the print be?

The sizing numbers are always going to be in inches unless otherwise stated. Frame sizes will be presented in this way as well and will depend on the frame that is chosen.


Are the art pieces on the site always going to be available?

It depends. Our originals and prints will always be limited edition and when the pre-defined quantity sells out we do not necessarily make additional runs of that work in that size. New variants and re-releases may be produced so please sign-up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest developments!

Why did my discount code not work?

Discount codes cannot be combined, so check to make sure you haven't already applied one to your order. If you have not applied any code and it still is not working please contact info@rootsstudio.co and we will look into it.


How do I request a refund?

If your product(s) arrive(s) damaged, broken, or defective, we will replace it/them for you free of charge. In the case of damaged original artwork, we will process a full refund for you. Please notify us of any damage or defects within 14 days of your package delivery date by emailing a picture and summary of the damage or defects to info@rootsstudio.co If an original is damaged, we will pay for return shipping. Please note that due to the circumstances under which our artists create and store their artwork, some originals may include natural wear and tear. We do carefully inspect each original piece of art before agreeing to offer it for sale.


What do I do about a lost order?

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
